The Client Area All HostOnFiber customers receive access to our Client Area. The Client Area contains many tools that are designed to make administration of a web domain trouble-free. Graphical and Detailed Statistics Major corporations, small businesses, and individual hosting users alike are all concerned about statistics. The reasoning for this is simple - people want to know who is visiting their site, and how often. The Web Statistics that are included in our Client Area provide users with all of the important information that they are looking for. Our statistical program outputs unique graphs that allow our hosting customers to compare statistics on an hourly, weekly and monthly basis. These graphs, along with the accompanying usage statistics can provide customers with the information that is needed to enhance their sites. E-Mail Administration The HostOnFiber e-mail administrative area allows users to: Create, modify, and delete e-mail accounts Forward mail Create alias and 'catch all' accounts Set up Spam filtering The Assistance Area Confused about something? The Assistance Area will probably be able to help. Packed with useful information, this section can be used to learn more about web design, e-mail, and server information. DNS Configuration For some users, having a domain name with directories underneath may not be enough. Subdomains can easily be created in the Client Area. Subdomains can be mapped to external IP addresses, directed locally, or used to mirror another account. If you are using a different service for your email, you can change the mail exchange record using this tool. Subdomains are updated every several minutes on the server, and are readily available for usage.
